Beware of Website Fuelled Immigration, Says Abhinav Outsourcings Pvt. Ltd.

In an effort to create awareness among people about possible Visa scams, the spokesman of Abhinav Outsourcing Review released a public advisory to inform the people about the possible channels and practices by which the probable applicants could be cheated by those aiming to siphon off valuable money from the poor ill-informed and unaware people who intend to immigrate to their desired destinations.

The spokesman categorically announced that although scams connected to the Immigration are a crime in most of the countries but that does not make any difference to Indian conditions and it becomes difficult for the local authorities to apprehend perpetrators of such activities. People may think that it may be possible to get hold of these kinds of criminals by informing the governments of the countries concerned but it would prove of little help as the affected parties would never be able to prove anything.

Besides this, it cannot be guaranteed whether people contacting the victims used genuine websites and emails. It has often been experienced that most of the times fraudsters tend to make exact copy of a real web portal or design and air one that looks original and professional. Portals may illustrate claims of being the official sites of the concerned governments or their departments. Others may also present themselves as experts involved in preparing and offering customized deals to suit the purpose of the people intending to place applications for Immigration. This modus operandi is quite common as these scamsters simply aim to trick people into a trap and extract some quick money.

The advisory further states that people should become attentive and cautious if they come across an Immigration Website that makes tall claims about offering special benefits like faster migration, migration for people whose trades do not appear in the required trades tabulations of the country in question, help the applicant obtain a faster and sure shot temporary work visa on the basis of a permanent job offer. The people should know that there is no one who can guarantee a faster visa to a destination, no not even a representative of the government of that country.

Recently, one specific Fraud Immigration Company is promising people employment and priority entry into Canada on the basis of express entry. They are professing that they have had a patch up with visa officials in CIC and Canadian embassies across the world and this would help the applicants to gain a guaranteed entry permit.

People as per the advisory should remember that no one can guarantee employment to the applicants in a popular Immigration destination except visa officers posted at the concerned embassies. Moreover, the processing and evaluation fees paid for different stages almost remain same across the world irrespective of the region and the fee is mostly charged in the local currency of that country.

The advisory further reiterates that processing and evaluation charges are remitted in the name of the designated authorities and not a private entity. So, if anybody comes across such web portals or people who want the Cheques or pay orders in name of some agency then it is for sure a trap laid by people committing Immigration Frauds through Websites.

The advisory suggests that migration enthusiasts should avoid visiting such sites and people and also avoid sharing their personal details with such people as it can have serious consequences later. People should instead explore and find the right agency to help them with migration process.
